Tammy Hembrow has managed to build a business empire out of her body transformation.
The Gold Coast mum-of-two has more than 13 million followers on Instagram, owns fashion label Saski, as well as exercise app Tammy Hembrow Fitness.
On Monday Tammy shared a video on TikTok of her booty transformation, revealing how “years of hard work” in the gym had seen her achieve her famous behind.
But despite Tammy’s natural body transformation being well-documented by the influencer, some couldn’t believe her booty was from the gym, leaving her video with a string of nasty jibes.
“Which doctor was it,” one commenter rudely asked, while another viewer also claimed her booty “doesn’t look naturally built”.
However others who watched Tammy’s video labelled the influencer an “inspiration” and told her to “stuff the haters”.
“You can literally see the definition [in] her whole body. It was clearly built,” one person wrote.
“She has a YouTube channel and Instagram where you can see YEARS of progress and dedication to a strict diet and workout routine,” another commented.
“You lost me at years of hard work,” one viewer quipped.
Despite documenting her gym routines on social media for years, Tammy has been forced to deny getting a Brazilian butt lift – a cosmetic surgery procedure where fat from other parts of the body is injected into the booty, giving it a round shape.
She told The Daily Telegraph in 2019 she was “tired” of the constant surgery speculation.
“I have always had people say that – they just don’t know that you can achieve that with working out,” Tammy said.
“Obviously it is genetics and you can’t change your features but you can build muscle and shape and tone and all of that.”
Tammy wrote on Instagram in July that she had transformed her figure by eating “in abundance” and lifting weights, sharing before and after shots of her body.
“In these photos, on the left I was working out a little, I was restricting my calories HUGELY, lots of cardio, I wasn’t being healthy, I didn’t really know what I was doing,” Tammy said of the first photo, which showed her at the beach in a bikini.
“To the right which was today, I train consistently and effectively, I do mostly weights. I eat SOOO MUCH beautiful healthy food in abundance (while still having treats/indulging when I want).”
Tammy said the transformation, which also came after she had her two children Wolf and Saskia, had taken years of “consistent hard work” that had been very rewarding.
“The place I am in now not just physically but mentally is just incredible. I went from being lost to being completely in love with life!” she wrote.
Tammy told Cosmopolitan in 2018 that she had “always been quite skinny” but fell in love with how good weight training made her feel both mentally and physically.

“I work really hard at the gym,” she told the magazine. “I’m usually covered in sweat – like, dripping!”
Tammy does weights four times a week, with three of those sessions lower body, and says her diet is a “massive part to the puzzle piece”.
“You need to be eating the right amount of calories for anything to grow,” she said.
