Famous singer Stephanie Mills took to Instagram to share a precious throwback photo of herself with the iconic singer Diana Ross.
Singer and broadway actress Stephanie Mills shared a beautiful photo of two great women — herself and the legendary singer, Diana Ross. Captioning the iconic picture, Mills wrote:
"Verified #TBT me with #TheBoss @dianaross love me some her #BlackGirlMagic #TheWiz #Studio5."

The black-and-white photo featured Diana and Mills in a warm embrace, seemingly caught in the middle of a conversation. Fans immediately fell in love with the photo and took to the comment section to gush about the pair.
A fan commented, saying that the relationship between the two was often made out to be a rivalry. Seeing the picture made fans realized that the women were just two amazing black stars thriving together.
In the late 70s, Mills shot to starlight when she starred as "Dorothy" in the original Broadway run of the musical, "The Wiz." She continued to dominate, and the song "Home" from the show became a No. 1 R&B hit.
The "I Feel Good All Over" crooner also shot to the spotlight in 2016 when she revealed that she had been in a relationship with King of Pop Michael Jackson. She said:
"I loved Michael! We dated for about a year and a half back in the day. He was the sweetest, most compassionate person."
In February 2001, Stephanie welcomed her first and only child, Farad Mills. She described having him as a breath of fresh air.
Farad was born with down syndrome, but that did not make his doting mother love him less. The warm-hearted boy who plays the guitar once featured in one of his mom's on-stage performances.
A few months after the young boy turned eighteen in 2019, Stephanie took to social media to announce that her son had done something incredible — he wrote a book titled "The Adventures of Farad J."
The Grammy-winning R&B artist has been spending time in quarantine spreading cheer online and might occasionally bust out a legendary throwback or two.
