Brian Austin Green's divorce from Megan Fox was rocky. The former couple filed for divorce twice, and Green asked for spousal support. They eventually split after welcoming their third baby. After a turbulent custody battle with his former partner Vanessa Marcil, Green seems to have his personal life back on track.
Brian Austin Green and Vanessa Marcil met on "The Beverly Hills 90210" set when Marcil joined the cast during season nine. The two dated for several years and even had a son together, Kassius, but Marcil claimed she never loved Green.
Green and Marcil welcomed their first child in 2002; shortly after the birth of Kassius, the couple split. The separation led to a long custody battle that affected the relationship between Green and his son. Marcil opened up about the issue publicly in November 2018.

The soap star wrote that she did not say anything about the case sooner because she wanted to protect her son from the persistent paparazzi. However, Marcil also shared the shocking detail that Green and his then-wife, Megan Fox, had not seen Kassius in five years.
According to Marcil, the custody battle started in 2006 and lasted more than eight years. The actress alleged that Green and Fox wanted full custody of Kassius, leaving her to see her son four days a month. On top of that, "The Beverly Hills 90210" actress said she was expected to pay child support to Green and Fox.
Even though the father-son relationship took a hit, Green reconciled with Kassius. In 2019, Kassius visited his father on "The Beverly Hills 90210" set, and the then 17-year-old expressed his excitement with a series of Instagram pictures.
MEGAN FOX AND BRIAN GREEN'S ON-AND-OFF RELATIONSHIP
Fox and Green started dating in 2004. The couple met on the "Hope and Faith" set when Fox was only 18 and Green was 31, but the 13-year age gap did not faze the "Transformers" star.
Fox told Elle Magazine that she had to convince Green she was mature, well-spoken, and could bring other things to the table regardless of how much younger she was. Since then, the couple's relationship has been a rollercoaster.
In 2006 Fox and Green got engaged, but they called off the wedding in February 2009. In less than a year, the two had made up, and they eventually tied the knot in June 2010 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hawaii.

After three years of marriage, Fox and Green welcomed their first son Noah. Fox announced the news on Facebook. The "Transformers" star wrote:
“We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love.”
In February 2014, Fox and Green had their second baby boy Bohdi but announced their separation just after a year of sharing the news. This time the split seemed final because Fox filed for divorce in August 2015, saying they had irreconcilable differences.
BRIAN ASKS FOR SPOUSAL SUPPORT FROM MEGAN AMID DIVORCE
The split between Green and Fox was as peaceful as can be. The couple lived together during the separation and did their best to co-parent their two sons.
While Fox and Green were in the middle of their divorce, she slammed her ex-husband on Instagram for posting their children on Halloween.
A month after Fox had filed for divorce, Brian asked for spousal support because he suffered from vertigo which affected his ability to work. On the other hand, Fox had been starring in multiple films and was receiving a steady income.

MEGAN AND BRIAN RECONCILE AFTER FILING FOR DIVORCE
The then-29-year-old actress showed up at the promotion of her film, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows," with an unexpected baby bump.
The estranged couple had been spotted together spending time with their two sons and running errands without the kids. Fox and Green's divorce was still in motion, so the news of the third child on the way came as a surprise to their fans.
Nonetheless, a source told People's magazine that the couple was excited about the newest addition to their family and would continue to work hard and make their marriage work.

However, the reconciliation did not last long. In 2020, Green confirmed their separation after Fox was spotted with rapper Machine Gun Kelly. After nearly ten years of marriage, the estranged couple filed for divorce for the final time.
While Fox and Green were in the middle of their divorce, she slammed her ex-husband on Instagram for posting their children on Halloween.
"The Beverly Hills 90210" actor posted a photo of himself wearing a cozy onesie with his four-year-old son Journey standing next to him in his Spiderman onesie and the caption, "I hope you all had a good Halloween."
Fox was not happy about the post. The actress commented under the photo and wrote, "I had a great Halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media."
Fox continued to express how the picture perpetuates a narrative that presents her as a bad mother and Green as the better parent. Green got the message loud and clear; he deleted the post and reposted it with Journey cropped out.
The divorce between "The New Girl "actress and the "Beverly Hills 90210" actor was finalized in 2022 after they had started seeing other people. Fox had just announced her engagement to Machine Gun Kelly, and Green was dating "Dancing with the Stars" pro dancer Sharna Burgess.

MEGAN AND BRIAN HAVE MOVED ON AND ARE AMICABLY CO-PARENTING
Green and Burgess welcomed their first child together in June 2022 and shared the news on Instagram with the newborn grasping her father's finger.
Green told People Magazine that his children were excited about the new baby. "They check on Sharna daily, rub her belly, and talk to the baby," said Green.
Fox and Green have both moved on and have a working co-parenting relationship. Burgess and Green visited "The Viall Files" podcast, and the father-of-five explained that he and Fox have a co-parenting style that accommodates their busy schedules.
Green and Fox have kept their children at the center of everything, and they are determined to do what it takes to maintain a solid family unit.
