On the level "Santa's Sweatshop", you will enter a factory. After flipping a switch, an elevator will be activated. Take the elevator up and on the second assembly line/treadmill, there will be an endless spawn of suicide elves. Simply use this area to boost every accumulative achievement, including this one.Alternatively, you could obtain this on the "No Cheese, Please" level. Brian's silenced pistol kills enemies in one in the head and every kill is worth $120. By the end of this level you should earn over $10,000 pretty simply which will help towards the cumulative money achievement. Good luck!
